A local replica of X's For You ranking pipeline, rebuilt from the source X published in 2026 and turned into a draft-post scorer. Every number X withheld is a labeled free parameter, fitted against real posts.

125M parameters · trained from scratch on one RTX 5070 in 2.3 GPU-hours · built on nanochat

A full tokenizer, pretraining and SFT run done locally, with Windows fixes for nanochat, then benchmarked against 2026 frontier models on full test sets. Raw MMLU is 30.1%; normalized for chance it is 6.8%, which is the point of the chart.
